About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Immunology leaders to identify critical business questions and strategic priorities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Integrate customer, market, competitive, and performance data into a unified business narrative.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance gaps to support decision-making.
- Influence brand strategy, resource allocation, and customer engagement planning.
- Collaborate across marketing, medical, market access, finance, and analytics teams.
- Deliver insight-driven recommendations to support business planning and execution.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial business drivers.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering effectively with marketing and commercial teams.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence decisions through data.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within Immunology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, or specialty biologics markets.
- Experience working with market audit, customer relationship management, and commercial performance data sources.
