About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & enterprise integration

  • Lead, coach, and develop Hyderabad associates across data, automation, reporting, and simulation capabilities, fostering a high-accountability and growth-oriented environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AGE in Hyderabad, strengthening connections with EPI and broader enterprise stakeholders and ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities
  • Translate AGE priorities into clear delivery focus and resource alignment, ensuring work concentrates on enterprise value rather than fragmented demand
  • Showcase the value of Hyderabad deliverables and build trust and adoption across S&G stakeholders
  • Enable a matrix-first operating model, empowering senior contributors while maintaining clarity of priorities and accountability

Delivery ownership & impact

  • Independently own and deliver priority initiatives aligned to AGE’s enterprise roadmap
  • Translate complex business needs into clear deliverables, sequencing, and acceptance criteria ensuring outputs are decision-ready, reusable, and scalable
  • Partner across AGE team to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and avoid fragmentation

Scalable execution & operational excellence

  • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery through clear prioritization, strong quality controls, and well-defined ownership and “definition of done”
  • Drive scalability and efficiency by embedding automation, reuse, and simplification, progressively reducing manual effort and enabling repeatable, decision-ready outputs
  • Act as a collaborative delivery partner across AGE and S&G, applying strong program and change management practices to translate designs into scalable, adopted, and supported capabilities

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar, Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business administration
  • Experience or demonstrated potential in coaching others, enabling senior contributors, or leading workstreams in a matrix environment
  • Hands-on 5+ years product/project/program/portfolio management and delivery experience leading medium to large scale, technology enabled, AI initiatives, digital solutions and products
  • Good understanding of the drug discovery and development process
  • Experience in product design methods to drive clear requirement definition
  • Well versed in handling clear and concise communication with different stakeholder groups
  • Strong program and change management capabilities, with experience translating complex initiatives into structured, scalable delivery and adoption
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adoption of AI and automation capabilities, leveraging them to enhance delivery, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable, decision-ready outputs
  • Fluent spoken and written English, other language(s) are an additional asset

Desirable Requirements:

  • Agile in managing changing priorities and ability to navigate and resolve conflicting priorities
  • Strong cross-functional matrix leadership experience with demonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships without formal authority
  • Experience with SQL database queries and/or one or more programming languages.
