About the Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Own the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise metrics on PowerBI platfrom and benchmarks to monitor global procurement performance and its enabling data platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, performance, and usability of dashboards by partnering with data engineering, process owners, and system teams.
  • Act as a Power BI and analytics subject‑matter expert, supporting the global super‑user community through regular engagement, look forward how to enable Copilot application on PowerBI and drive adoption on the Copilot application. Explore new feature on PBI and evaluate how it fits the current eco system and existing design
  • Provide analytical guidance and visualization best practices on existing KPI on PBI
  • Support execution of regional and country performance improvement initiatives through advanced reporting, insights generation, and storytelling.
  • Champion data visualization, analytics innovation, and change management initiatives to continuously enhance insights, decision‑making, and user adoption.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and other functions to identify insight opportunities and ensure full adoption of analytics solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in a large, global enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports, with strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI.
  • Experience working with complex data models, large datasets, and multiple data sources to deliver accurate, scalable, and performance‑optimized visualizations.
  • Strong experience in KPI definition, metrics standardization, and benchmarking to support executive and operational decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective visual stories and insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Skills:

Primary Analytics & BI Tools

  • Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service) – dashboard development, report design, data modeling, performance optimization
  • Power BI Copilot – AI‑assisted report creation, insights generation, summaries (where enabled)

Data & Modeling Tools

  • DAX – measures, calculated columns, KPIs
  • SQL – querying and validating data from relational sources
  • Excel (Advanced) – data analysis, validation, pivot tables, Power Query

Data Integration & Source Systems

  • Experience connecting Power BI to enterprise data sources (SAP, data warehouses, shared semantic models)
  • Familiarity with SAP data / procurement datasets (preferred)
