About the Role
- MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate the local service delivery of operational processes
- Coordinate the local service delivery of one or more operational processes in the assigned country or countries, provided by the Global Services Centres or third party providers.
- Ensure that globally provided services, processes and tools are being implemented in a standardized, efficient and compliant way to the benefit of the end-user community.
- Partner with category teams, Global Service Centres and Global Process Owners and a strong business partnering with department Heads and CFOs.
- Ensure close business partnering with the country stakeholders regarding all operational processes including compliance.
- Lead country and NGSC implementation, change management and adoption of global procurement systems, standards, processes and procedures.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement and simplification.
- Explore opportunities across clusters/towers to drive projects to enhance impact
- Generate analysis with strong business insights to lead relevant projects to improve both productivity and region other KPIs
- Given working in dynamic market, the role is requested to go beyond global to drive best practice and innovation
- Single Source of Information and Data Hub
- Reliable information hub and data hub for APAC region, proactively collect and share region business insights to drive productivity.
- Work as APAC internal consultant for further improvement.
- Market intelligence/ study China robotics market to provide reliable/high quality vendors and support global sourcing.
- Strong business knowledge and insights on China robotics industry
- Manage global senior stakeholders to drive projects improvements
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Rich experience in managing countries/regions so that the role can well understand countries needs then initiate effective OE solutions
- Excellent service orientation for End Users in the following areas:
- Process & System rollouts,
- Trainings & Communications
- Service Catalogue and Hands Free Procurement
- Continued automation of the procurement environment.
- Improved Content Enablement capability.
- Effectively lead region projects to support countries to achieve KPIs
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree/Advanced degree in Business, Organization development, Human resource management or similar is required.
- Additional qualifications (CIPS, Project Management, etc.) or similar professional qualifications are preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- > 10 years of relevant business experience (industry specific experience).
- Preferably > 5 years of experience in Procurement or other related experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in with a focus in the <Category or area> domain.
- Strong project management or other leadership experience.
LANGUAGES
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
