AI Innovation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence solutions
• Build production-ready artificial intelligence applications using cloud ecosystems across Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Design large language model architectures including retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based systems
• Drive end-to-end artificial intelligence lifecycle including development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Develop scalable artificial intelligence platforms using microservices, application programming interfaces, and cloud-native technologies
• Establish reusable components including prompt libraries, orchestration layers, and model routing frameworks
• Ensure responsible artificial intelligence practices including data privacy, security, bias mitigation, and governance compliance

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering, data, or artificial intelligence with strong hands-on technical delivery
• Proven expertise building and deploying artificial intelligence solutions across cloud platforms such as Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience designing application programming interfaces and microservices architectures
• Demonstrated experience developing large language model solutions including retrieval-augmented generation and intelligent agents
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and building scalable, production-ready artificial intelligence applications
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions with strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with People and Organization technology ecosystems such as Workday or ServiceNow
• Exposure to enterprise Copilot ecosystems and artificial intelligence assistants within business environments
