About the Role
Key Responsibilities
· Define regional access objectives and strategies aligned with company priorities, and drive execution to deliver business impact.
· Interpret national and local healthcare and reimbursement policies, identify regional opportunities and risks, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
· Lead end-to-end delivery of regional access initiatives through strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution.
· Build long-term strategic partnerships with key regional healthcare stakeholders to advance sustainable patient access.
Key Performance Indicators
· Achievement of regional reimbursement and formulary listing objectives.
· Price outcomes against agreed targets.
· Timeliness of reimbursement and patient access.
· Breadth and quality of market availability and access.
· Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Capabilities
· Minimum five years of market access experience, with strong insight into healthcare and reimbursement policies.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic mindset with a strong track record of execution and delivery.
· Proven leadership in setting direction, engaging teams, and driving results.
