About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support reliable operation of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely, effective technical solutions.
- Execute inspection and calibration activities in line with defined protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and align priorities.
- Manage spare parts administration in coordination with maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through input on equipment and process enhancements.
- Develop technical documentation and support training for production operators where needed.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field with relevant maintenance experience.
- Proven experience in maintenance and facility engineering within a production environment.
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment maintenance.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
